As such, they better understand what the
Muslim consumer wants
and what our Muslim children need.
As Muslims, these businesses care about
your children
and about the future of our Ummah. In fact, many of these
companies were started because they felt the needs of the Muslims was not being
met by larger corporations.
As they share the same moral standards as
you, you can be confident that your money is going to support a halal business,
and none of the money will be used to support anything haraam. We hope there will be more Barakah insha’Allah.

about Islam through play

It is widely accepted that young children
learn best through play
. It is through play that they learn their own
abilities, and develop confidence and self-worth; and because it’s fun, they will play for
long periods of time, helping them to develop the ability to concentrate.
Filling our home with Islamic toys will encourage
our children to develop confidence in their religious identity. Instead of
Barbie, fill your daughter’s toy box with Muslimah dolls. This will help her
view modesty and piety as normal, and encourage her to wear her hijab with

Islamic toys can teach everything from Quran, SalahTajweed, to Prophetic etiquettes and Arabic;
and all this is done by playing as they naturally would.
A very important aspect of play is its ability to
bond; to bond mother to her child, or to build a bond between siblings. What
better way to develop these relationships, than through Islamically orientated

Completely agree with you 🙂 I love the idea of supporting local halal business and teaching children Islam in a way that they don't even see it as 'learning' – as in it's just apart of their life. 🙂

Of course we do!!! It's so exciting and where else would we get such a variety of Islamic toys for our children. I'm all for it and cannot wait to see what's in store for them!!!

Yes, we do need more and more Muslim toy and they need to be up in competition with general toys sold in markets. There should be variety, good quality, and strong branding. Because kids see Disney toys, movie merchandise, and they are more prone to be attracted towards them. I found Ibraheem Toy House pretty nice. My favorites are the little prayer mats. It is very important that kids play and learn! Another favorite was the stuffed dolls – soft Maryum is my favorite.

    Brilliant idea… Masha Allah.

Islamic toy stores are definitely important – every Muslim home and community needs to have access to good ones. Alhamdulillah for pioneers such as these.

And there's no better time to foster genuine Islamic identity in our children as in their growing up years and through play. Baarakallahu fih.

Excellent points made, Islamic children stores are perfect since commercial toy stores are filled with music, indecent images, etc. It's wonderful we have alternatives now!

JazaKAllah Gemma for sharing such a soperb post abt the muslim toystore.
The Hijarbies is a really modest doll but is less colorful but their Vision about educating and instilling the love of Faith is really worth appreciating
