I am so excited to share Our Muslim Homeschool Curriculum choices for 2016-2017.

In the U.K. my sons would be in Reception (Kindergarten) and Year 2 (1st Grade), at ages 4 and 6 years old.

We follow an eclectic approach, drawing heavily from the Classical approach and the Charlotte Mason method.

    Salam

May I ask what texts did you use for year 1? Can you do a video on that?

    Thanks

    Salaam,

Could you comment on how Spelling Workout is in terms of British vs American spelling conventions?

Great question Mirina. We have come across some differences in spelling of a few words, but not very often. Of course, I would advise you to quickly check through before your child begins his/her daily lesson to make sure that the spelling for that day is correct for “British English.” In my experience discrepancies rarely happen.
